We were commissioned to refurbish the main entrance and mezzanine area of No. 5 Young Street, Kensington. The existing mezzanine space was partially finished and never used, and the design has brought this area back into life with the introduction of glazed meeting rooms and a breakout area overlooking the main entrance, offering the tenants of the building an alternative series of spaces.

Completed in the summer of 2016, the £370k refurbishment features a walnut clad circulation core visually offset by a folded stone wall within the entrance area, both reflected in a mirror clad wall to the rear, with a new stone and walnut reception desk creating a fresh and contemporary environment.
