Stokenchurch Business Park

We were commissioned to prepare a masterplan for a new 60,000 sqft business park on a green field site on the edge of Stokenchurch on the A40. We designed three high quality, air-conditioned office buildings and associated landscaping and car parking, which could be developed in phases.

The two storey office floors are arranged in parallel with a central core to allow various permutations in sub-letting. The simplicity of the design creates flexible office accommodation with maximum visual connection to the landscape and the buildings are constructed with a steel frame faced with brickwork and oversailing aluminium roofs.
