St Martin's Le Grand

We were appointed to design the 23,000 sqft fit out for UCL’s Information Services Division. The department are seeking to who are centralise their disparate accommodation, which is currently spread across Bloomsbury into a single space. Located in the ground floor of 1 St Martin’s Le Grand, just behind St Paul’s Cathedral, UCL are moving towards agile working in all their offices, and this fit out seeks to adopt this new working practice.

The completed space comprises dedicated meeting rooms, flexible conference spaces, staff tea points/kitchens, break out areas, open plan office areas and flexible, project based working areas. In addition to the interior design and space planning of the office, we also lead on the procurement of new desking and furniture.
