Eden Street

We were appointed to design a new office building in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey. The new building will be one of the first new office buildings in Kingston for twenty year's.  

Occupying an important corner site in the town centre, bordering the Council' s Grade 2 Listed Guildhall, the building comprises a two storey podium respecting the scale of the adjoining locally listed building whilst the "tower' element rises to six stories. 

A long Danish brick, echoing the Guildhall brickwork, provides a uniform material whilst a rhythm of simple storey height windows punctuate the facade and animate the floor plates.
