RAF Club Masterplan

Our scope was limited to a spatial review of what spaces could be created and how they could be connected to the existing building and uses and assumptions made of what can be achieved pending further investigation.

Area 1: Short term solution: The central lightwell outside the Churchill Bar/Adjoining Library/first floor Sovereign’s Room

Area 2: Medium term solution: The lightwells near the Old Park Lane entrance

Area 3: Longer term solution: Potential expansion at roof level overlooking Piccadilly/Green Park to create additional rooms and external entertaining space.
